At The Heights
In August of 2011, City Council approved the beginning of the Master Planning for a Regional Mixed Use Destination area called "The Heights". The Heights is a $223 million commercial development which will offer dining, shopping, family entertainment and much more. This development will be the first of its kind in the Northern Dayton Region. The project is planned to be located on 167 acres along Interstate 70 and State Route 201, Brandt Pike and will offer 750,000 square feet of space.
